2022 Pre-IPNC Paella with Bomba Paella

Join us for a rare opportunity to enjoy our famous paella made over an open fire. Take a seat at this private residence while we prepare paella in an outdoor setting with a great view. The menu will include paella, salad, grilled baguette and dessert. This package does not include wine but you are welcome to bring your own and even share with the other guests. Menu Details:

Paella* - Chicken, Shrimp, Clam & Mussels, Chorizo.

Salad* - Romaine, Radishes, Lime Cumin dressing, Pumpkin Seeds and Avocado

Grilled Baguette with Garlic, Olive oil and Maldon Salt

Dessert - TBD bases on guest preferences but will contain either gluten and/or dairy

Beverages - BYOB. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided
